CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation, late arrival, and rescheduling policies.
Late Arrival:
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be subject to adjustments within their scheduled treatment to accommodate the time slot in which it was scheduled.
Our service providers will do their best to give you as much of the treatment you scheduled, however, must be respectful of the following client's appointment. Prices still apply to the scheduled treatment. You will also have the option to reschedule, but will be charged 50% of the service booked as it would be considered a late cancellation.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service.
Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within one hour of the scheduled appointment will be considered a “Late Cancellation” or “Late Reschedule” and will incur a charge of 75% of the service.
No Show Policy:
To protect our service providers and their time, if you do not show up to your appointment without any notice you will be charged 75% of the treatment booked and a note will be made on your account.
Deposit:
We require a 20% deposit of your service total at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel (although can be added to your account balance), but is transferable if you reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the service price.
